Description

Proposal to reduce back to previous points i.e. 2 metres. The silver birch is in our front garden, very close to our property and close to several Grade II listed cottages. It creates a lot of mess and blocks out light. Our neighbours have all complained to us about the tree and if you wish something in writing they are prepared to do so. They also have concerns about the tree falling into the cottages and as this would not be covered by our house insurance. This is a very real threat being just six metres from the front of our property and adjoining properties.
