Description

Listed Building Consent for repair and renewal of roof including removal of existing gulley coverings, defective boarding replaced, and lead gullies installed. Kent Peg tiles will be reinstated using matching reclaimed tiles where required. Verge tiles and ridge tiles will be re-bedded in lime mortar. Natural slate undercloaks will be fitted to verge areas. Lead soakers, window trays and aprons will be installed to chimney, window and dormer abutments. Replace lead cheeks and roofs to dormers. Chimneys will be storm‑proofed.
