Description

The hedgerow consists of a single-species beech and has become very overgrown and impacts the land through shading, reducing the effective area of productive cropping. The proposed removal is intended to improve the layout and management of the field and to make more efficient use of the agricultural land, while retaining the wider network of boundary hedgerows and landscape features elsewhere on the holding.
