Description

Lawful Development Certificate - proposed works to a Listed Building - like for like replacement of 2no front facing sash windows and two rear facing casement windows, with the addition of slimline double glazing to all 4 and the addition of Georgian bars to the 2no casement windows where there aren't any currently. The timber used would be a high quality redwood with hardwood sills. 12mm slimline double glazing would be used for the two sash windows and 14mm slimline double glazing would be used for the two casement windows. All windows would be sealed and finished in a standard white coat.
