Description

Listed building consent for the replacement of the existing kitchen and installation of new kitchen units. Opening up of the Kitchen chimney breast. Addition of a partition wall to create an entrance lobby and separate utility area. Removal of modern render/plaster on walls within the living room and dining room. Replace with internal wall insulation and re-lime. Removal of the existing dining room window, to be replaced with French doors. Restoration of two inglenook fireplaces - remove old soot stains and re-lime brickwork.
