Listed building consent for the single-storey flat roof side extension. Chimney repaired and new chimney cap and pot installed. Internal alterations and repair works; new internal door opening to the bar area. Beer cellar: replacement of plasterboard with lime plaster and Insulation and plasterboard to the underside of rafters.
