Description

Non-material amendment to condition 2 of planning permission ref PA/2025/0964 (Application for the temporary use of land as a winter market, including the erection of up to 21 no. temporary wooden market stalls). Condition 2 amended to read - The market hereby approved shall only be open to customers from 1st November to 1st January (inclusive) in each calendar year up until 3rd January 2030. All stalls and equipment associated with the market use shall be removed, and the land returned to its former condition, on or before 3rd January in each calendar year until 3rd January 2030.
