Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/01808/AS for "Restoration of redundant old pump house, its conversion to a dwelling, the construction of two new houses and the relocation of a house previously granted planning permission under 17/00530/AS" To regularise minor inconsistencies on the approved block plan- clarifying plot 1 is not handed. To allow changes to Plot 1 balcony position, Plots 1 & 2 changes to roof fenestration, PV panels on Plot 3 revised and rear balconies changed to frameless glass.
