T1) Oak (Quercus spp.) - Fell to ground level - Large Ganoderma brackets identified at the base of the tree, Multiple cracks and rotting surrounding the tree base, Ganoderma is spreading throughout the tree and roots, spreading upwards, likely to impact the structural integrity of the tree, Branch dieback and deadwood are present throughout the tree crown, causing large limbs to fall from the tree into the garden and neighbouring gardens, also concerns over the tree location being so close to neighbouring properties, should it fail - replanting to be agreed with Tree Officer.
