T1 - Silver Birch - Removal of tree. Reason for removal is due to decay internally at the base of the trunk as evidenced by cavities which contain soft (dead) wood and from which fungus is growing in multiple locations. Inspection by arborist confirmed that the tree is decaying and if left, may pose risk to close proximity buildings. Removal is recommended.
