Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission PA/2024/1662 for (Proposed two storey rear extension following demolition of the existing conservatory. Widening of access, conversion of annexe into garage and store, replacement dormer to rear elevation, changes to fenestration and associated landscaping works) to allow changes to the building line and fenestration, the rear elevation pocket doors have been omitted for sliding doors. The roof overhang has been reduced, the bay widow has been omitted. Minor amendments to the internal layout have been made affecting the position of internal doors and the window to the utility. The existing roof to the porch will be replaced and the entrance door set back from the front elevation.
