T1 - Walnut - To fell. Reason for works: Tree is exhibiting clear signs of crown stress with top crown dieback, further dieback can be seen throughout the canopy, poor vitality has been observed consistently over the last 4 years and shows no sign of improving this year with low bud density as in previous years. Replant: In a new location on the property, preferably a Lilac or Davidia Involucrata as far less substantial but this would be more in keeping with the location.
