Description

Lawful Development Certificate - Proposed - Removal and replacement of the existing external wall Insulation (EWI) system and cladding. All existing plywood spandrel panels and perimeter cladding to roofing fascia will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible Rockpanel Cladding system. All existing timber decking to the rear car-park area will be removed and replaced with an A1 non-combustible decking system. All existing weatherboarding (lapped and hit & miss cladding) will be removed and replaced with Hardie Plank systems with a reaction-to-fire classification. All existing timber fencing to the rear car park, timber cladding to balconies, and bespoke sloped timber to the ground floor car park area will be removed and replaced with a bespoke Aluminium extruded cladding system.
