Description

T1 - Ash - Removal in the front garden adjacent to the driveway. Reason for removal: height approximately 30 feet. Its location is near water, gas, and electric services as well as sewage pipes. These are located either on the drive or possibly underneath the tree itself. The roots are becoming exposed on the driveway and damaging the tarmac. The trunk naturally divides at the base and concern is raised at the risk of damage to property in strong winds. T2 - Bay tree - Removal of the bay tree to ground level. Reason for removal: The Bay tree has 4 trunks approximately 25 feet high. Part of the base has substantially decayed. The branches overhang the public highway and risk touching passing tall vehicles. It is now damaging the low ragstone retaining wall. Risk of damage from a tree falling onto a public highway due to its weakened root system and substantial upper leaf structure.
