Removal of existing roof tiles, battens, bitumen felt and mineral fibre insulation; inspection and localised repair of roof members; installation of mineral fibre insulation to ceilings; installation of breathable roof membrane, treated battens and including counter-battens to principal roof area; reinstatement of existing tiles, including reclaimed and new tiles to match to correct gauge; replacement/relaying of lead valley gutter, installation of replacement and new lead valleys/flashings where required; replacement of lead back-gutter and repair of mortared side flashings to main chimney stack; removal of modern chimney stack to rear wing (west).
