Non-material amendment to planning permission 17/01170/AS for Layout, Access, Scale, Landscaping and Appearance of development at Chilmington Green for the 346 residential dwellings, which comprises a mix of two-bedroom apartments, two, three, four and five-bedroom houses within Land Parcels B, C, J & K within Main AAP Phase 1 to allow changes to fenestration to rear elevation of Block B; relocation of the bin store double doors from the west elevation to the east elevation of Block C2; replacement of glazed door and window openings to car port with railings in east and west elevations of Block C2; and, correction of error on approved drawings to show car port on north facing elevation drawing for Block C2.
