Description

TPO NO 1,2016 - creation of concrete slab and patio works within vicinity of tree refs Oak(T2), (T3) and (T4). Concrete / Patio areas to be edged with timber or similar, pinned into place at above ground level and not excavated in. Remove all major protrusions such as rocks and stones, level ground where necessary with sharps sand (relatively load bearing and not toxic to roots) and/or no-fines stone where, sharps sand may migrate from the newly levelled area, lay a geotextile membrane over the area finish with appropriate surface. Part retrospective - concrete slab has been installed. It has been advised by the tree officer (Mr P Cook) that an application should be made.
