Description

The following TPO trees have been inadvertently damaged by flail during clearance of the adjacent PROW. It is proposed that the damaged branches are pruned to appropriate growth points. To protect the trees from this occurring in the future during management of the PROW, and to reinforce the hedgerow to Belgar Farmhouse, it is proposed that a new hedge is planted to the west of the existing boundary ditch during the next planting season. Aspect T32 (TPO T6) - English Oak: Shortening of following branches to appropriate growth points - 2 x c.10mm dia., 2 x c.30mm dia., 1xc.50mm dia. @ c.1.5m height; 2 x c.100mm dia., 1 x c.50mm dia. @ c.3m height; 1 x c.60mm dia. @ c.4m height. Aspect T33 (TPO T8) - English Oak: Shortening of following branches to appropriate growth points - 3 x c.25mm dia. @ c.2m height & 3 x c.75mm dia. @ c.4m height. Aspect G5 (TPO T7) - Field Maple: Shortening of following branches to appropriate growth points - 1 x c.30mm dia. & 2 x c.25mm dia. @ c.2-3m height. Aspect T34 (TPO T9) - Hornbeam: Shortening of following branches to appropriate growth points - 7 x c.10mm dia. & 1 x c.25mm dia. @ c.1m height; 3 x c.10mm dia. & 1 x c.25mm dia. @ c.3m height; 1 x c.50mm dia. @c.3.5m height. Aspect T35 (TPO T10) - English Oak: Shortening of following branches to appropriate growth points: 1 x c.50mm & 1 x c.75mm dia. @ c.3.5m height. Aspect G6 (TPO T12) - Beech: Shortening of following branches to appropriate growth points: 1 x c.60mm dia. & 2 x c.25mm dia. @ c.3-3.5m height
