A 51 no beech noted under ref G1 in the TPO, abutting the driveway owned by Ashstone House. Semi-annual lateral pruning of current year's growth (retrospective as previously understood that this was "de minimis") & subsequently for the next 10 years, as recommended by council tree officer. Reason: for proper maintenance and to avoid encroachment relative to driveway & its verge. B. 1no ash 10m west of Ashstone House and noted under reference W2 in the TPO. Sm crown reduction. Reason: on discussion with council's tree officer at the property, tree identified by him as suffering from ash dieback.
