Description

T1 and T2 are close together dead/dying ash trees overlooking the mill pond T3 and T4 are ash trees a little further away but also overlooking the pond. All trees to be reduced to stumps. T3 will be replaced with a gingko tree (honey fungus is present in the area). The others are surrounded by mature trees so will not be replaced. DECISION - APPROVE
