(Superseded specification for oak - 4 metre reduction of Oak tree. )The Oak canopy currently exceeds the boundaries of the property and extends into the gardens of neighbour 2 and neighbour 3 on the plan. Felling of 3 Ash trees. The Ash trees have Ash die back and are posing a danger to the house below (neighbour 1 on the plan). The Ash trees will be replaced with 3 Silver Birch trees.
