T1 walnut tree- crown reduction all around by approx. 2-3m and a crown lift to 2m. T2 conifer- to be reduced in height by 4m T3 twin stemmed holly- to be reduced in height by approx. 4m. G1 mixed species hedge and ash tree- reduce both in size to give a 5m crown lift clearance and 0.5m clearance horizontally from the garage. G2 mixed species hedge/shrubbery- unmaintained area to be cut back all around to give a 1m clearance to the buildings G3 group of conifers- to be topped at a height of 5m and a light trim on the garden side to create a flat finish. G4 group of laurel- to be cut back by approx. 1-2m G5 mixed species trees along alleyway - to be crown lifted to a height of 2.5m
