We are looking to extend the rear of our property. The building is a listed building (grade 2). The current extension is a 1970's build with plastic UPVC windows. We would like to create a new modern extension to improve the look of the building, whislt retaining the historical character of the front and internals of the building. Current building is 98sqm and the proposed extension we would like to add is 18sqm to usable living space.
