Description

An application to discharge Condition No. 1 of enforcement appeal decision 2022/E0057 Condition 1 states: Within three months of the date of this decision, software shall be installed into the control system of the turbine and retained thereafter for the lifespan of the turbine to limit the noise output to 100dB mode. Evidence that the 100dB mode has been implemented shall be submitted to the Council within three months of this decision for approval in writing.
