Description

Discharge of condition 8 of LA08/2024/1525/F which reads: A final Construction Environmental Management Plan (fCEMP) must be submitted within 8 weeks following the grant of planning permission. This shall include all necessary mitigation measures for the construction phase of the development as outlined in the oCEMP (Taggarts, May 2025) to avoid the egress of any polluting discharges to Lough Neagh and Lough Beg Ramsar site and Lough Neagh and Lough Beg SPA.
