Description

Discharge of condition 33 of LA08/2023/2031/F which reads: Prior to the commencement of retailing from the development hereby approved a Service Management plan for the site shall be agreed in writing with the Council. This plan shall include limiting the HGV service times to outside of peak hours of 0815 to 0915 and 1700 to 1800 and the Service Management plan shall be carried out as approved.
