Description

Proposed discharge of condition 16 of planning approval LA08/2023/2031/F. Condition 16 states: No development shall take place until details of the means of ventilation, including details of its method of construction, odour control measures (if applicable), noise levels, its appearance and finish have been submitted to and approved in writing by the council. A three-stage extraction ventilation system shall be installed to include: - • Filtration • Electrostatic Precipitation • Chemical Neutralisation Alternatively, the services of a suitably qualified ventilation engineer shall be employed to produce a scheme designed to achieve a level of odour commensurate with the level of odour control required following their completion of a risk assessment for odour. Reason: In the interests of residential and visual amenity.
