Description

Discharge of condition No. 2 of LA08/2024/0966/F which reads: No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Council a Wastewater Impact Assessment agreed by NI Water demonstrating that the development can be served by the public sewerage system or that alternative provision for disposal of sewerage has been made. Any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the commencement of the development herby permitted, or in accordance with a programme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. Reason: To ensure suitable arrangements are in place to handle wastewater and prevent an unacceptable impact on the environment.
