Description

Discharge of condition 2 of planning approval LA08/2024/0102/F which states: No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council a Wastewater Impact Assessment agreed by NI Water demonstrating that the development can be served by the public sewerage system or that alternative provision for disposal of sewerage has been made. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site.
