Description

Discharge of condition 12 of planning approval LA08/2023/2748/F which states: No development shall commence until the applicant has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Council, that NIW are content that the proposed development will not affect the sewer, and sufficient drawings have been submitted, which clearly indicate the required wayleaves. Reason: To prevent disturbance / damage to existing sewers and in the interest of public safety.
