Description

Discharge of condition 2 of Listed Building Consent LA08/2024/0952/LBC. Condition 2 states: No works shall commence on site unless a Detailed Method Statement for the following works or activities been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council: • Construction of brick wall and foundation structures for wall and gates including means of supporting and protecting the retained structures and fabric. Please note lime mortar shall be used in the reclaimed brick wall and the brickwork wall shall not be toothed in to the adjacent historic stone wall. Reason: To ensure that the development is not detrimental to the character, appearance or interest of the Listed Buildings. Approval is required upfront to safeguard original features of the building.
