Description

Discharge Condition 10 of planning approval LA08/2020/0359/O (and relates to planning approval LA08/2023/2963/RM). Condition 10 states: No development shall commence until a Consent to Discharge Sewage Effluent from a septic tank has been granted by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 or any legislation that revokes and amends this legislation in the future and details of the proposed sewage treatment has been submitted to and approved by the Council and thereafter implemented. Reason: In the interests of public health and so as not to create or add to a pollution problem.
