Description

Section 54 application to vary Condition 2 of planning approval LA08/2024/1247/S54 (replacement of the existing wind turbine (51.5m hub height and 66.5m tip height) as approved in application Q/2012/0372/F with a V52 wind turbine up to 51.9m hub height and up to 77.9m tip height, electrical cabinets, hard standing area and all associated and ancillary works.) Condition 2 shall be amended to read: “All above ground structures shall be dismantled and removed from the application site 30 years from the date when the wind turbine is commissioned to the electricity grid or prior to that date if electricity generation has ceased for a period of 12 months or more (unless further consent has been granted) and the land restored in accordance with a restoration scheme details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council.”
