Description
Proposed discharge of Conditions 22 and 25 of approval reference LA08/2023/2031/F (Petrol Filling Station and convenience store with associated road and site works) which read: Condition 22 Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, a remediation scheme detailing how the remediation will be undertaken, what methods will be used and what is to be achieved, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The remediation scheme shall be carried out as approved. Reason: Protection of environmental receptors to ensure the site is suitable for use. Condition 25 If piling is required, no development or piling work shall commence on this site until a piling risk assessment, undertaken in full accordance with the methodology contained within the Environment Agency document on “Piling and Penetrative Ground Improvement Methods on Land Affected by Contamination: Guidance on Pollution Prevention”, has been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. The piling risk assessment shall be carried out as agreed. Reason: Protection of environmental receptors to ensure the site is suitable for use.
