Discharge of condition number 20 of planning approval ref: LA08/2023/3087/F which states: Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the applicant shall submit a final Drainage Assessment, to be agreed in writing with the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, in a 1 in 100-year event with an additional allowance for climate change. Reason: To safeguard against flood risk to the development and from the development to elsewhere.
