Description

Discharge of condition 6 on LA08/2023/2417/LBC which reads: Before work begins, details shall be approved in writing by the Council in to ensure that precautions are taken to secure and protect the following existing features of interest during the building work and the agreed measures shall be carried out in full: a. sliding sash windows, complete with box frame, internal shutters (where extant), moulded timber casing and apron panels; b. internal timber panelled doors, including architraves; c. staircases; d. decorative plasterwork; and e. fireplaces. Reason: To ensure that special regard is paid to specific architectural features or fixtures and to ensure that maximum original fabric is retained and protected from damage during the course of works.
