Description

Construction of new car park and additional car parking spaces to provide 37 No. car parking spaces, 20 No. of which will be designated for drop-off and pick-up only. The proposal requires retaining structures along the northern boundary with NIHE property at Iveagh Drive and along the eastern boundary and includes new fencing and lighting. The proposal has been submitted to overcome parking/congestion concerns with application LA08/2022/0181/F for a 2 storey extension to the existing school to provide an additional 4 classrooms and associated resource areas and toilets.
