Description

An application to discharge Conditions Nos. 10 and 12 of enforcement appeal decision 2021/E0038 Condition 10. Within 2 months of the date of this decision a report detailing the design and siting of vehicle cleansing facilities shall be submitted to the council for written approval. Following approval of this report these facilities shall be installed and brought into operation on the site within 6 months of that approval Condition 12. Within 2 months of the date of this decision a landscaping scheme shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Council. The works shall be carried out in the first available planting season after approval of the scheme. Trees or shrubs dying, removed or becoming seriously damaged within 5 years of being planted shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the Council gives written consent to any variation.
