Description

Discharge of Condition No. 12 of LA08/2025/0258/F which states: In the event that piling is required, no development or piling work shall commence on this site until a piling risk assessment, undertaken in full accordance with the methodology contained within the Environment Agency document on “Piling and Penetrative Ground Improvement Methods on Land Affected by Contamination: Guidance on Pollution Prevention”, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and all mitigation measures contained in the approved risk assessment shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale identified therein.
