Description

Proposed discharge of condition 14 of planning approval LA08/2022/0275/F. Condition 14 states: Prior to the commencement of any development on site, a final drainage assessment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The approved drainage system shall be installed prior to the development hereby permitted commencing use and shall thereafter be maintained in perpetuity. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory means of surface water and sewage disposal can be achieved.
