Condition number: 2 Summary of condition requirements: The development herby approved shall not commence until a 3m wide semi-mature tree buffer landscaping scheme, along the northern site boundary has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council showing the location, numbers, species and sizes of trees to be planted. The scheme of planting as finally approved shall be carried out during the first planting season after the commencement of the development and shall be retained in perpetuity.
