Description

Discharge of condition 10 of LA08/2019/1244/F which states: Prior to the commencement of any works on site final details of the method of sewage disposal shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority and any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any part of the development. Reason: This condition is both to ensure protection to the aquatic environment and to help the applicant avoid incurring unnecessary expense before it can be ascertained that a feasible method of sewage disposal is available. The applicant should note this also includes the purchase of any waste water treatment system.
