Description

Proposed discharge of condition 12 of planning approval LA08/2022/0275/F. Condition 12 states: The development hereby permitted shall not commence until final details of the design/construction of an acoustic barrier along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the site, as identified in yellow on drawing no.01 date stamped 17 February 2022, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The said barrier shall be constructed prior to the development hereby permitted commencing use and maintained and retained in perpetuity Reason: In order to protect residential amenity.
