Description

Proposed discharge of condition 3 of planning approval LA08/2022/0275/F. Condition 3 states: A management and maintenance plan for all hard and soft landscape areas shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the development hereby permitted commencing use and the approved plan shall thereafter be implemented in accordance with details set out therein. Reason: To ensure the provision, establishment and maintenance of a high standard of landscape.
