Description

Discharge of Condition No. 18 of application LA08/2024/0528/F. Condition No. 18 states: "Prior to works commencing, a final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and Construction Method Statement (CMS) shall be submitted by the appointed contractor and agreed in writing by the Council in consultation with NIEA WMU. The final CEMP shall be site specific and include all necessary mitigation measures for the construction phase of the development to avoid any pollutant egress to Lough Neagh and Lough Neagh Ramsar Site and SPA. The approved final CEMP and CMS shall be adhered to and implemented in full throughout the construction phase in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council."
