Description

Discharge of Condition No. 13 of application LA08/2024/0528/F. Condition No. 13 states: "No development shall take place until a Wastewater Impact Assessment has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, in consultation with NI Water, with the Wastewater Impact Assessment demonstrating that the development can be served by the public sewerage system or that acceptable alternative provision for the disposal of sewerage has been made. Any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, or in accordance with a programme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council."
