Description

Discharge of Condition Nos. 7 & 8 of LA08/2022/1404/F which state: No development hereby approved shall commence until a final Drainage Assessment, compliant with Policy FLD 3 and Annex D of PPS 15 (Revised), has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, in consultation with DfI Rivers. No development shall take place until a landscaping plan showing full details of all proposed tree and shrub planting within the 'proposed mixed native landscape buffer zone', identified on drawing no.06D, has been submitted and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The landscaping plan shall include the species, size at time of planting, location, spacing and numbers of all trees and shrubs to be planted and the proposed time of planting and all tree and shrub planting shall be carried out in accordance with those details and at those times. Trees or shrubs dying, removed or becoming seriously damaged within five years of being planted shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
