Discharge of Condition Nos. 2 & 3 of LA08/2023/2428/F which state: No development shall take place until a final drainage assessment, including a drainage network plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, in consultation with NI Water with the drainage network plan demonstrating how any out of sewer flooding, emanating from the surface water drainage network, will be safely managed so as not to create a flood risk to the development or from the development to elsewhere. The drainage shall be carried out as approved. No development shall proceed beyond sub-floor construction until a final surface water solution has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, in consultation with NI Water.
