Description

Proposed discharge of condition 15 of Planning Approval LA08/2018/1445/F. Conditions 15 states: Prior to commencement of operations hereby approved, the applicant shall submit to the Council for agreement in writing a final Travel Plan. That Plan shall be in broad conformity with measures set out in the statement of clarification dated 2nd October 2020. No later than 12 months from the commencement of the operation hereby permitted, and every year from that date, for 5 years, the applicant shall submit a report, which assesses the effectiveness of the Travel Plan and sets out any measures that are proposed to be incorporated into the Travel Plan. The report shall also set out timescales for the implementation of any measures identified therein. The report shall be agreed in writing with the Council prior to the implementation of any proposed new measures. Reason: To ensure effective promotion and delivery of sustainable transport initiatives.
