Discharge of Condition Nos. 10 & 14 of Planning Appeal Determination ref. 2023/A0006 for Planning Application ref. LA08/2022/0572/F which state: Condition 10: No development shall take place until measures have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority to protect those trees, identified on PAC1, to be retained within the site from damage during construction works. The agreed measures shall be put in place before the commencement of the development and retained throughout the construction period Condition 14: No development shall take place until an open space management and maintenance plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. The management and maintenance plan shall set out the period of the plan, the long-term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedule of all areas of lands identified on drawing PAC1. It shall also set out the arrangements that shall be put in place for the future management and maintenance in perpetuity of those areas. The residential units shall not be occupied until the open space areas shown on drawing PAC1 have been laid out in accordance with that plan, and those areas shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than as open space.
